My experience of this company and their staff has honestly been excellent. They were extremely quick to respond and get proper contracts set up with insurances. They clearly explained the costs to me which I expected for a reliable and careful cleaner. I paid a monthly retainer and then the individual cleaner when she came. The cleaner they sent arrived a few minutes early, worked hard with a positive attitude every time. I gave a months notice after my operation as per our agreement and will use them again if I need to.

Diamond Home Support Carlisle have exceeded expectations in the service they offered. I was impressed that there was a home visit first before engaging the work in order to create a bespoke service. The Team have deep cleaned my home and have done an immaculate job in every way. They were pleasant, trustworthy and had an eye for details. I would strongly recommend Diamond Home Support.

The owners are extremely rude, when dealing with a shower unit they had broken, they were more interested in passing the buck.

Stellar service both from the diamond home office staff and Tracey my cleaner. Always on time, not expensive for the standard of cleaning and ease of setting it all up. I'd recommend the company unreservedly.

Domestic Weekly Cleaning Services. Bitterly disappointed with the level of cleaning and level of experienced staff supplied by this franchised company. Very quick to introduce themselves and exchange bank details but don't explain to you their staff are self employed. Hence they carry out no spot checking, don't supply materials or equipment and take a premium for themselves. I was homebound and vulnerable. Cleaning played a huge part in my life. I wanted to trust the people to do an excellent job that came into my home. Complaining became very difficult as I couldn't see the extent of the problem. Certain things in my living room were worrying me, such as vacuuming, cobweb removal, lifting and dusting items. Everything appeared rushed. Sofa cushions not lifted except on one occasion. Cobwebs removed only on one occasion. All very rushed and slapdash. I eventually employed a new qualified cleaner who photographed before and after. I'm in the process of recovering my money paid to this shocking company I wouldn't recommend.

Wonderful experience with diamond home support. Just moved in to my apartment and it needed a super deep clean. Contacted the company and received a response very quickly. Excellent customer service, trustworthy cleaners and overall very professional team/ company. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!
