Really really, poor customer service, there just not interested in working with you when you've got a problem with there cheap Chinese equipmentDefinitely avoid, your better off with nisbets catering and pay a bit more

AVOID AVOID AVOIDI ordered a 4 pot Infernus bain marie.(NEW).What they sent me was a product that was not fit for purpose.So much heat had gone into the welding round the water drain hole during manufacture that it had buckled the water bath stainless steel bottom and side.The weld was such a bad one that it would have been leaking water in next to no time.Bear in mind that this Infernus bain marie comes with parts warranty only.So it would have been a write off as the base and side were already buckled.It was clear as daylight to spot this and yet they tried to palm it off to me.I phoned them up for a immediate return.Even that they could not get right and they messed me about for over 10 days with one promise after another that the courier was coming.In the end i ended up posting it back myself as you only have a 14 day period to get a refund.Cost me 25 pounds to send back and no refund was given to cover my cost.If you are looking for quality then go elsewhere you will save yourself a load of hassle.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOIDThis company should not be trading, my industrial convection oven broke down after 7 months, developed a serious fault after 9 months, sent it back at my expense they apparently fixed it but couldn't produce an engineers report on what was wrong just a bulb apparently, sent the machine back to me blew my electrics after 1 day. Had to close my business again, their response after avoiding my phone calls and emails, plug it into the shop next door! oh so it can blow their electrics and cost me another fortune. My engineer deemed this machine unfit for purpose, It had an earth fault, crazy for a machine under 12 months old, sent the machine back for a second time once this mickey mouse outfit had the machine, they then had the cheek to ask to buy it back off me due to the length of time I had it!!!They have now had the machine since 15th Dec, no refund has reached my account, my business would have been crippled had I not shelled out on a small machine to get us through. I have now issued court proceedings. Someone called to say the boss would be in touch in dec, probably another fob off, it's disgusting this company are even allowed to trade. No morals leaving their own reviews. Drummond trade is owned by James drummond. He has reviewed his own company with 5 stars! oh and his deputy michael has also left a review so that speaks volumes a company that reviews itself, they should be closed down. See you in court.

Bought a chargrill from this company before xmas. Poor quality product that wasn't fit for the commercial catering industry as it was sold. Had three separate problems. At the point at which it wasn't working at all I was asked what I wanted to do (a good response I thought at the time!) and I told them I would prefer a refund, which they agreed to do. However after returning the product to them, they said they couldn't do this due to its condition. It was only used in our professional kitchen for 1 month.(The warranty was for 12 months.) As I was expecting a refund I had already bought a replacement product elsewhere. As things stand, despite numerous phone calls, they are refusing to offer a refund and I'm still waiting for them to quote me to have the product shipped back to me, not that its going to be of any value to me, I just don't like the idea of them keeping it!! Shocking customer service and in my opinion this is definitively a company to avoid.
