I placed an order on Dec 7th, paid via paypal nearly £100, and was told I would receive my order within 5 to 8 working days, I am still waiting. I have emailed twice and sent a message via your webpage totally ignored. I have tried calling to be told that receiver had put the phone down. What is happening. I with my oder that is a Christmas present? I will give you until Wednesday to reply, otherwise I am contacting Paypal for a refund.

Ordered a telescope which I want to return. No response from the company at all. Phone number does not work. If you’re looking at something from this company I would highly recommend not to buy. Go to a more reputable company. The reviews that say they had good customer service must be fake reviews, from friends and people within the company.Not worth one star but you have to put something so you can do a review.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.They take your money and give you a guaranteed delivery of 5-8 days.They may have a shop in the UK but their products are sent from China so you’re not going to receive it when promised.I am trying to send the item back as it arrived too late for the intended purpose.The phone number given isn’t working and when you email them they ignore you.I don’t know if their reviews are genuine as they definitely do not fit the service given.I’m going to have to take further action to get my issue resolved.

THANK YOU PAYPAL FOR MY REFUND. Ive given one star only because I can't give a review on no stars, but this company don't deserve any stars. Thankfully I payed through PayPal because they have had to step in, after emailing the company 6 times on a cheep, important hot air styler that was dangerous and burnt me. The company told me to send it back, which I have at my cost now I'm waiting for PayPal to step in again to refund me. They stated on there email reply in 24-48 hours more like months keep your money away from this company because they will keep it and send you cheep c#@p.

I bought a telescope from this company. One of the parts was the wrong part sent in the box. I returned the telescope to them, at a cost to me, and over a month later I'm still waiting for a refund. I've contacted them by email on numerous occasions, as their phone number doesn't work and no reply from them. Please do not use this company.

Do not order from this company. We bought a Christmas gift over a month ago, it never arrived despite a 5-8 day delivery time. Emails are not answered, customer service extremely poor.

Communication is very very bad. Well, zero! Paid £100 for an item I've still yet to receive. Sent countless emails and messages with no reply from either!! Disgusting service. Took my last £100 that I saved for a gift!
