Can't believe the previous bad reviews! I have used Crest IT Services for some years now and have found them to be absolutely exceptional. The staff are always very kind, patient and helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service and a wealth of knowledge. Very helpful and professional in resolving my MacBook Pro issue. At no point did I feel pressured to spend money unnecessarily. I can't recommend this excellent local business enough!

Excellent service from expert professionals. I had my apple laptop repaired and upgraded, through out the process they were extremely friendly helpful and advised me on how to get more from my laptop.

They installed an SSD into my 2012 Mac Mini. They did a great job and quickly. Gave them the Mac midday and got a call that it was ready within a few hours. Also, best of all they are reasonably priced.

Had software problems which was fixed over the weekend with no problem. They had a helpful and friendly atmosphere even when they were busy. They even looked after my computer after it was ready until better weather to take it out the shop.

I couldn't log into my laptop after spilling water over it and didn't expect it could be fixed. However, the guys spent a few hours on it, eventually managing to fix the issue. They just charged me the basic diagnostic fee. Highly recommended.

My laptop had stopped working. Was recommended Crest IT Services located in Whitton as a possible solution. Work including advice and support that this organisation carried out was superb. They recommended and fitted a new SSD to the laptop with system updates after removing all data on the laptop to a separate hard drive.Was so pleased with the result of the work they had done I passed more work to Crest on an even older IBM desktop and Dell tower. Data on each machine was transferred to the separate hard drive. All three machine drives were handed back for me to retain over the course of the work.Found this organisation carried out all work in a professional manner. Also after following all the advice and guidance given by Crest I was extremely happy with the end result. Using the laptop and separate hard drive has been a pleasure for the last few months.Cannot recommend Crest IT Services in Whitton enough.
