Sytner High Wycombe MINI

I’ve bought two cars from Sytner High Wycombe Mini (in 2009 and 2016), and was impressed by the experience. I’ve rated the dealership very highly for servicing as well. So I was very surprised by my recent attempt to buy my latest Mini there.It started well. We had a lovely discussion with Clayton, who sensibly talked us out of buying a hybrid. I contacted the dealership later to say I was interested in a Mini Convertible, and they called me to book an appointment to come in to explore possible specs the following weekend.When we arrived at the agreed time, it was clear no one was expecting us, despite the call, but Jody agreed to see us. Frustratingly the online sales tool wasn’t working so he couldn’t work up a spec, but he followed up promptly the following day.I had by this stage decided to buy a Mini Convertible, and booked an appointment for a test drive online. Within an hour someone from the dealership called to confirm the test drive appointment with Clayton as booked online for the following day.When we arrived to see Clayton at the agreed time we were annoyed to be told that there were no cars available for a test drive, despite the online booking and follow up confirmation call from Sytner High Wycombe. I was planning to order the car that afternoon if the test drive went well, but that plan was scuppered.I expected Clayton or Jody to contact me the following day to apologise and to arrange the cancelled test drive. But almost three weeks later, I’m still waiting.I did get an email 10 days later from Darren, VIP programme manager, at Sytner High Wycombe, encouraging me to trade in my car for a new one. I replied explaining the poor experience trying to do just that. Nine days later, I’m still waiting for his reply. So much for being a ‘VIP customer’ as he described me.It’s a wonder that Sytner High Wycombe Mini sells any cars. But the people are lovely.

Excellent service from Zubin when purchasing my Mini recently, despite some minor problems which were resolved quickly, efficiently and to a high standard.All staff encountered were professional, polite and pleasant.

Communicating with the sales person was a disaster. Being stuck in the middle of an order for a used MINI. We have been contacting the center but was told to wait (for 2 days) for the callback, and they never called back. The whole team is so useless, and none of them could provide us any information we requested. Very frustrating!Follow up: We requested a replacement of sales. The car was finally delivered but it was filthy. There was a crack on the tyre. Sales had promise to arrange a cleaning service. But we have not been informed about the treatment of the damaged tyre.

Had a really good experience today with Neil Hamilton for my MOT. It was such a smooth process, everything clearly explained, drinks and a space to work while I waited and car came back all cleaned. They also updated me throughout. They really go above and beyond with the customer service. Thank you!

Superb service from Zubin, certainly the best salesman we have dealt with over our many years of motoring. All staff are so friendly and helpful. We have now purchased 2 minis and wouldn’t consider taking our business anywhere else. A big thanks to all the team at High Wycombe

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Charlie at Sytner High Wycombe, we were originally just looking for a car for my parents but Charlie was so accommodating and knowledgeable that it was such an easy choice for myself, he made the process to swap my old car in for a new Mini so efficient that I couldn’t resist. We bought a beautiful, brand new 2023 plate Mini from Sytner Mini High Wycombe and we LOVE it!! Am outstanding car, surpassing our expectations. Ashley Lewis was amazing throughout. Very good experience from start to finish, clear and consistent. Video from the technician Gurnek was good for me to see under my car and the service from Kate was again brilliant. Will recommend to anyone with a Mini and will be coming for for thier future care.
