The most welcoming place I have been. I have a Hollywood wax and legs and it’s pain free. These girls are incredible with me as I have sensitive skin and an autoimmune my skin is really poor but these girls look after me so well. I love going here and actually look forward to my waxing. The place is spotless and smells delightful. Everyone is so polite and helpful. Everything is also very dignified.

I have the Environ facials. They are very high quality and the results are noticeable almost immediately. The facials are conducted in a very professional and friendly manner. I highly recommend Pure Emporium.

I’ve been coming to Pure Emporium for about nine months to have spray tans. The ladies are always very friendly, sincerely so and very professional which I love. Technically the spray tan is always brilliant; it’s such an even application and I never have dark spots or uneven patches. The therapists (I’ve had three different women doing the spray tan) are all knowledgable and listen to what I’m looking to achieve which is great. Receptionist (Kate, I think) always really welcoming, professional and very approachable which is great.

First time visited and didn't feel welcome. I had appointment at 9.15 am but when I arrived at 9.07 am the door was lock and window blinds was down so it looked like they were closed. I thought that such a posh place should make sure they welcome they customers before treatments. I have to look around to find if they have other entrance and the lady from next door company helped me to get in. After the therapist took me in treatments room she told me that they actually opened from 9.15 so this is for future reference she said to me. When I look online the beauty clinic opens actually from 9.00am. The treatments cost quite expensive end I didn't get a good greeting on my first visit. Perhaps you have enough customers. Otherwise was ok

Pure Emporium is a lovely place to go for beauty treatments. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed there for quite a while and everyone is very friendly. It's easy to make appointments, they remind you about them and then it's a warm welcoming environment when you go.I have also just started getting laser hair removal on my face here. They have been very accepting and affirming throughout, which is especially important to me as a transgender woman. Their knowledge about laser hair removal seems very good, and I'm looking forward to finishing the course & seeing the results.

Love going here! I use the sunbed quite regularly and my children stay out in the waiting area, the receptionists are lovely and let them sit and wait for me whilst I'm on the sunbed, haven't used any other services yet but they'd definitely on my to do list
