5 Star service from start to finish.Katie did Great job and we create fantastic memories by using motorhome- went to center of Cracow and beyond and it was fantastic experience.Not as expensive as other companies out on the market with all insurances and unlimited mileage included plus brand new van makes our travel peaceful and enjoyable.Will definitely plan another trip and will comeback for moore.Thx for all to all at Mc Rent Preston.Regards Marek

Katie and the staff are really welcoming, helpful and friendly, who truly embody the essence of great customer service. We have hired motorhomes from here twice before and have just booked again.I would definitely recommend visiting them if you're looking to hire. I would also recommend trying before buying.

We had a 5 day trip in a motorhome but unfortunately on the 3rd day the motorhome developed a fault. The service we got from Katie prior to the fault and thereafter was exceptional. There wasn't a replacement vehicle available to meet our requirements so Katie organized a stay in an excellent hotel on Princess st in Edinburgh (our intended destination). She also arranged a hire car for us to keep us on track for everywhere we had planned to visit. The motorhome was excellent and good value for money. We would have no hesitation in booking here again in the future. Thanks Katie.

We have hired a motorhome for 3 consecutive years now and have always found the staff to be enthusiastic and willing to go out of their way to provide top service. We won't hire from anyone else now.

A very positive experience with this company.. our second time in three months and the team have been very friendly and informative especially as this was our first (and second) time in a camper van. Everything required was provided and explained upon collection. A special mention for Kelly on the team who's been especially helpful. Will definitely use again and no hesitation in recommending them
