Totton Retail Park

Since the upgrading of the Car park as part of the Lidl expansion it is much easier to park at the front of the shops than before.

Argos were brilliant, I'm a wheelchair user and managed to park right outside the door.The staff member who helped me went above and beyond good customer care, the shop was clean, tidy and easy to manoeuvre round, perfect for wheelchair users.Lidl however was understaffed, untidy, difficult to navigate, I was in one of the queues for the only 2 checkouts with staff, when it came to the person in front of me, they then put the till closed sign across the top, so I went all the way back up the aisle, to go round the corner and join the other queue, to be fair the lady in front who saw what happened did offer her place, but of course I said no, she had just queued like everyone else, then unbearably, as I was about to move forward, the announcement came that that till was now closed, and the cashier asked me to rejoin the original queue, which in the end didn't shut, to be fair again, the very nice gentleman who was about to be served, who had also seen what happened offered his place, but equally he had waited in turn.Don't think I would return to this particular Lidl.

Shelves were very bare and a load off empty boxes everywhere. Definitely not the best lidl ever been to. Messy. Staff on tills very friendly though

Recently refurbished and enlarged Lidl store offering a good selection of well priced items, an in store bakery and the famous centre aisle. Do remember that you will need a coin if you want a trolley - that keeps catching me out in these cashless times.

Only 3 stars as no self checkouts slow to pay

Not the best lidl In the area doesn't have any self serve tills so be prepared to queue

shops are ok but the cameras say your in the carpark at differnt times and you get parking tickets. i turnt round in the road to pick my son up from local pub one evening and they said i parked and when i went back to get some shopping from lidl the next morning they got me leaving and said i had been parked for 10 and a half hrs and gave me a £50 fine but they never had the photos of me turning around the first time and leaving, i actually was only parked for less than 30 mins. absolute joke be very carfull here

Lidl is a good store in which to shop. Well laid out with wide bays and there is a well kept loo - most useful after a long journey.

Convenient mix of shops, plenty of parking space in the front and round the back

Only one till open. They then eventually opened up another till, so all the people at the end of the queue were out the shop before the people who had waiting for ages.
