The Spine Surgery London

Mr. Peter Hamlyn is clearly a great surgeon (and my surgery went very well), but this is the *only* reason for not giving 1 star.His fees are very high, though, beyond what any medical insurer will pay. Presumably mostly these go towards paying top dollar for the amazing staff at SpineSurgeryLondon. Oh, no, wait.I've had endless confusions over bookings (sometimes blaming their computer systems - which seem to work OK for everyone else at 30 Devonshire Street) and have even spent the last 3 months trying to recoup my money for a consultation for which they have been paid twice - they claimed once from my insurer and once from myself. After a lot of going back and forth my insurer is now kindly extracting my money back from them on my behalf. I do believe them to be incompetent rather than actively fraudulent, but do you really want incompetent staff handling your data?

Pathetic service. Inadequate and rude reception staff really do let down the brilliant consultants in this practice down.If you want an issue-free ride back to full health, I'd avoid this practice at all costs. Waste of time, money and energy.
