I was really impressed with the professionalism, mannerisms of David who came to fix my central heating system, under my insurance policy. He was courteous and polite, and took the time to explain the issues with my heating.Very satisfied with his work!

Rang and an engineer called me, explained issue and gave advice to sort without charge. Edit problem then reoccurred. This time engineer came out spent almost 2 hours draining one radiator changed one valve and didn't solve problem. Another firm who others have mentioned Perry came out and firstly identified problem in 2 minutes and then replaced radiator both valves, added a new radiator and sorted all pipework.

I had a Viessmann boiler installed less than 5 years ago with Strysen and also had it serviced every year with Strysen... Recently my hot water was going hot and cold. Called Strysen who sent 2 engineers around - they were trying to charge me £129 to replace a part (as well as the office sending me a call out charge of £56 for not fixing the issue - I wasn't made aware of the callout cost of this beforehand either by the way)... I call Viessmann to send their own engineer for 2nd opinion, they fix it on the day by removing debris in system and cleaning parts... And the reason for the fault was due to over heating in DHW mode due to circulation restriction inside the boiler" the boiler was not serviced properly and never has been according to engineer "whatever they've done

We had a new combi boiler fitted by Strysen. Shortly afterwards we noticed a damp patch in the ceiling of the hall we realised that a tap had not been properly capped so called Strysen to fix it they then sent me an excessive bill. When I phoned to complain it took them a week to decide I didn't need to pay. I should have charged them for the damp patch!! Now we had a problem with the remote control before they would send a mechanic all they wanted was to tell me they were going to charge me. It turned out it was due to incorrect programming. It took 2 minutes for them to diagnose the problem and 2 more minutes to reprogram it they charged £60. I know they are a business but money isn't everything.

My family have used Strysen for new boilers and repairs. David Morris was very helpful and offered great advice on design to change an outdated 18 year old bathroom. David fully managed the whole project over two weeks. The quality of workmanship from him and his team has been first class. His team were a pleasure to have in my home and were all courteous, polite and hardworking. I was never left without any facilities and they cleaned up each day. It was an upheaval for 2 weeks, but what a beautiful finish. Use this firm as they take such a pride in what they do and deliver amazing results

Strysen did a great job for us, installing a new Mixergy hot water tank and boiler. Very professional, on time, helpful with any queries, and took the initiative to work around issues that were not of their making.

We had strysen come out on two separate occasions. The first time to emergency fix our existing boiler as it was shooting out water outside! They were quick and temporarily fixed our problem. We then scheduled them to come back and replace our boiler for us - they did an amazing job, kept mess to a minimum and explained how everything worked. Would highly recommend them!

In my experience a total waste of time. Had 2 different engineers from Strysen Heating come out who couldn't fix what was described to me as a simplistic problem with my boiler by the company that did manage to fix it in the end after just one visit. The name of that company was Perry Plumbing and Heating also based in Sutton Coldfield. Needless to say, I would contact those instead.

I can't thank Strysen Heating enough for the excellent service and installation of my amazing boiler and thermostat. My installation was not a simple process as i needed the boiler moving from my kitchen wall to the upstairs on the other side of my house. i did my research and got a number of quotes and Strysen were the most competitive. The work was executed in a professional and efficient way with as little disruption to our busy household as possible. They left good the walls in the kitchen so you would even know their had been a boiler and vent there! The thermostat has been so incredibly useful and has helped me control my heating bills so the upgrade is paying for itself! I cant recommend them enough, the best decision i ever made!!!
