Ruth’s taster stained glass course was not only really good fun and value for money, but Ruth is very knowledgeable and the workshop she has is well equipped.I’d recommend it to anybody.

Blue Skies Glass Studio
We had the most brilliantly fun day making our own stained glass pieces. I really had no idea what would be involved, and if anything, it was more complex than I imagined. But Ruth is very good at teaching the different techniques. It was a long and busy day but we ended up with two pieces that far exceeded my expectation of what we would achieve. I would totally recommend this workshop.

My husband and I attended a half-day workshop at Blue Skies and we had a brilliant time! Ruth is lovely; very informative and patient (especially with me!!), and we each created something we’re proud of. Now we’re looking at getting a starter kit so we can continue what we’ve learned at home.We would both highly recommend booking a workshop with Ruth!

We had a wonderful stain glass workshop. Ruth was a clear, patient and kind teacher. She was highly accommodating to our wishes. Both my daughter and I loved this experience. We are also proud of our finished pieces. I would highly recommend this workshop.

Blue Skies Glass Studio
We had a taster session with Ruth and absolutely loved it. I was treated as a birthday surprise by my boyfriend and which was a lovely way to spend time together. Ruth was a great teacher and let us do everything ourselves (with all the support we needed). It was really cool to use all the kit and would definitely go back and do it again. Ruth made us feel so welcome in her workshop and helped us bring out our creative side.

Booked the half day workshop for girlfriends birthday. Interesting step by step process with lots to it! Ruth was helpful but not overbearing and steered us to making some beautiful ornaments. Strongly recommend!
