I am glad i was referred to Mr Patel for a knee related ailment at Spire Fylde Coast Hospital. It turned out be one of the best consultant experiences thanks to Mr Patel's expertise and his concern for patient wellbeing. His calm approach to my problem puy my mind at ease straight away and the follow up procedure went to plan. Would highly recommend Mr Patel for hip and knee related problems

Very friendly and competent staff. Excellent rooms with good food and catering for aligies etc. Mr. Patel is very reassuring, clear with his explanations regarding surgery and aftercare. A very experienced surgeon and has replaced both my hips.

The whole experience was nothing short of first class. From my initial consultation with Professor Patel throughout the procedure and my two night stay in hospital. I found that nothing was too much trouble for the nursing staff. All staff should be commended for making my stay as comfortable as could be. A big thank you to everyone.

I recently had a hip replacement, the whole experience and procedue went well. My room, the hospital facilities and meals during my stay were great.The full team including, preoperative, surgical and postoperative were excellent, they were supportive and caring as well as professional.I am now 6 weeks postoperative, I had no complications and I am mending well! I am just using one crutch now and getting stronger day by day. Thank you to Professor Patal and your team for making this procedure as comfortable as possible.

This was my first ever operation and although nervous, I was put at ease from the moment I arrived. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. My surgeon Mr Patel and his team did a fabulous job and I'm very pleased with how things are progressing. After arriving home, I was able to contact the ward and the physio dept with a couple of little queries I had regarding my meds and my exercises, both departments were very helpful and listened to what I had to say. A big thank you to everyone at Spire.

He gave me detailed information about my illness and that helped me make an informed choice. He has been very considerate in his consultations and approachable too. Professor Patel is very experienced in his work, very caring and considerate and very easy to talk to. I have had both hips replaced by Professor Patel, both with successful outcomes and the aftercare has been truly amazing. Thank you so much for relieving me of so much pain and discomfort.
