This is the flowers my dad got my mum after 5 days. When we went into compain woman said . What do you want me to do how long do you expect them to last. More than 5 days . The woman lack of customer service was shocking . Still waiting on a call from manager. Won't hold my breath.

Absolutely beautiful flowers, exactly my vision. The colours were perfect, I wanted them to last forever !!! they survived being passed around, placed in areas whilst we had our meal at The Witchery and our 306 miles home to Lincolnshire, where I had further enjoyment of them to myself. This is the first time I used Arkadius and needed flowers delivered the same day. Such helpful people and the flowers are absolutely stunning. I only got one photo but I know the other was beautiful as got a note from the recipient. Wholly recommend them. Thank you.

Rang first thing in the morning to hope to get a delivery same day. Didnit disappoint. Ordered some amazing roses and teddy for a special person and the flowers arrived within a couple of hours. The staff were friendly and professional and made the process really easy. Would definitely recommend this company.
