Went to use the Hermes drop off service today. The lady behind the counter completely ignored customers as she was to busy chatting to the Delivery driver. It wasn't until the driver seen me waiting and stepped back so I could get served. She still carried on chatting even though the driver was trying to leave. Still hardly serving me. I was then told to drop it in the corner of shop. Between her conversion. I dropped parcel off and when I came back to counter the driver had gone. she was now on the phone to someone and completely ignoring me again. The level of customer service in this shop is appalling. She didn't care what so ever. Will not use this shop ever again

I wanted to return a parcel, even though it is stated you can do packageless returns on the hermes page this shop does'nt do it. Be aware you need to bring your own package and seal it before you come here.

Profiteering, really? I expected better. Also the person serving today is clearly not well. Looks like just a cold, but at this time he should surely be off work?Good luck surviving when this is all over... :(

Don't get your parcels sent here. My daughter purchased something it was sent here and they either lost it or sent it back. They were no help at all

I went to return an Evri parcel with the return label affixed to it and the man behind the counter refused to take my parcel. When I asked why he wouldn't take it he told me aggresively I'll not take your parcel...." and failed to provide a reason for not taking it. I felt unwelcomed so went to another parcel shop and they took the same parcel nicely and politely :-)"

I work for the NHS and went to send Hermes parcel before my shift. Rude threatening man. Shouts at me for talking to one of his colleagues. Because his colleague isn't the boss HE IS! The guy has mental issues.

A good reasonable local store to get all your basic stuff. Has many varieties of liquor and tobacco as a off license shop.

Neighbourhood mini shop.. Quick basic needs.. It's okay..

Nice evri drop place..been there a couple of times

I went to return a parcel and had difficulty scanning from my phone. The man behind the counter was so helpful and tried to help me more than once. Very friendly.
