LoveLe is a brilliant nail salon and since going there I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I get my nails done there regularly, everyone is great and so friendly. Amanda does wonderful nail art too and is so creative, my friends always compliment my nails. It’s such a nice family owned business and really feels part of the community here. Would highly recommend

Honestly a fantastic business run by a fantastic couple! Lee has been doing my nails every 3 weeks for the last two years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Service is great, never feels rushed, and there is always a friendly vibe in the place. Highly recommend! (For reference photo is of two week old nails, still perfect!)

I'm a regular customer at LoveLe nails, and have been going there to get my nails done for about four years. I don't go anywhere else in the local area, as the nails are always of a high standard, the prices are very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. I find myself often recommending LoveLe to people! There is always a friendly, happy vibe and all the nail technicians are professional and ensure a really great experience.

Happy 10th Anniversary Lovele nails, cannot recommend them enough. I’ve been having my nails done here for 10 years and moved out of the area but still come back every 3 weeks! Amazing manicures and pedicures. I've been going to Lovele nails for almost 2 years straight, no other nail salon compares. Amanda is brilliant and always executes creative, beautiful nail art. She takes great care and ensures your nails are healthy too. They also use BIAB for all clients, again showing their dedication to not just beautiful but also healthy nails. My nails have grown so much and all pictures are my natural nails. All the staff are welcoming and great at their job. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and they always go the extra mile to make sure you leave the shop with a smile on your face. Highly recommend!

Best nail salon I've found by a mile. I've been going fortnightly for 18m or so. I've had my nails done by Lee, Amanda and My (usually Amanda). All do a great job and are warm, positive, welcoming people. The appointments reliably run to time. Great range of colours. They go above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome and special. There is nothing Amanda doesnt know about colours and what works best with different nail shapes and skin tones. If they have a quiet 5 minutes they'll offer a cup of tea which is a lovely extra touch when it happens, but by no means do I expect it. At the end of the day they're a nail salon, not a cafe! As their name suggests, lovele nails is their business, and Lovely nails is what I always get. With a smile. And despite never giving my nails a rest from gels, they're in tip top condition thanks to the loving care they pour into them.

The best nail salon in the country! Amanda, Lee and all their team could not be more friendly and welcoming to each and every customer - they remember intricate details from your last conversations to ask how you are and provide incredible customer service. Not only that but their work is stunning - my nails are always so neat and beautifully done and they last so much longer than they ever have anywhere else. And there is such an array of colours! Come out of your way to come here, it's amazing.

I take no joy in writing this review. But I think it's important to share my experience and give feedback.I only started having my nails done last year. This is because I was put off by some negative experiences some customers had in nail salons which went viral.After reading reviews and went to Lovelee Nails. I liked the way Lee did my nails and continued going monthly.I hate small talk, but I tried to make an effort to make it a better experience.Lee is quite friendly, I found his wife inconsistent and lukewarm on at best, but I didn't mind too much, because she didn't do my nails.However, I was asked to go in earlier than my scheduled appointment and waited a little for someone's nails to be finished (which was not a problem) I noticed a ripple paper cup on the table, next to the customer.Whilst having my nails done another customer arrived and sat next to me.The nail technician asked if the customer would like a coffee? She asked Lee's wife to make the customer a coffee and she asked how she would like it.She made them a coffee (which was in a ripple paper cup) and did not ask me (who was sitting next to the customer) if I would like one. Lee didn't ask me either.Not only was I embarrassed, but I was embarrassed for them.It spoke volumes on how much they value my custom.It was a chilly wet day, and if asked I would have appreciated a hot drink. But I was not given that opportunity.It was awkward and the energy in the room changed. I could not wait for my nails to be done.Customers have their nails done, because it makes them feel good about themselves, and also for the experience.Customers don't want to feel tolerated or treated as if they not valued as much as others.Everyone has different personalities and at the end of the day, whether you have a better rapport with some more than others, should not affect the way you treat customers.It is a family business, who need returning customers, to be successful.Each customer helps build your business and creates an income for you and your family, so please don't take us for granted.Therefore, all, customers should be treated the same way.I spoke to Lee about it and he apologised. I have decided not to return, good customer service is very important to me.I want to express how I feel so they can reflect and never treat a customer like this again.
