Started the beginners course and the coaches were really friendly which helped settle the nerves, I’ve learnt a lot and my fitness has improved massively, everyone at the gym has been welcoming and make you feel part of the team, highly recommend.

I was apart of an 8 week beginner course learned loads of new skills, was fortunate to have George Smith and Louis Lee Scott as coaches both top guys with loads of knowledge. Ive now progressed into the normal classes, I would strongly recommend the beginners courses and this gym to anyone who wants to get a good base for MMA. Manchester Top Team is THE place.
