This was the first time I’ve used Northcliffe Motors and whilst they seemed fairly friendly, I was really disappointed with the service. I was overcharged, kept waiting for over half an hour whilst they took the car for a test drive, found my dashcam disconnected and on the floor and they also failed to make clear that they were unable to update my cars online service records. The price they had quoted me for the service had been increased because they had to use ‘special oil’. This resulted in an additional £60 on my bill. When I checked with the owner as I was leaving they admitted they had overcharged me and refunded some of the extra cost. They also told me they would compete a full health check but failed to actually tell me anything about the condition of the tyres & pads etc. Won’t be using them again. Disappointing.

These guys are absolutely brilliant! I have had nothing but amazing service there and they have always tried to squeeze me in last minute and make my life as easy as possible. I always had thorough explanations of what was wrong and they communicated throughout the whole process so I knew what was going on! Best garage I had so far!

The individuals at this establishment need to refresh their memory on what makes good customer service. The attitude I received from multiple people here is appalling, all because I had some questions about what they had done to my car and why issues are persisting. They charged me £1,300 just for the sake of it to be honest. AVOID THIS BUSINESS if you want to protect your pockets and peace of mind.

I always use Northcliffe Garage because I find them to be very professional, helpful and their prices are very competitive. Their communication is great and they always take the time to explain any work that may be required in detail.I have recently needed work doing at short notice and the team always go above and beyond to accommodate.Brilliant garage, would highly recommend.

Friendly and professional. They always take time to explain any work that might need doing and the prices are fair. When my car had a rattling exhaust, which turned out to be a loose heat shield, they fixed it free of charge. Great service!

The guys at Northcliffe Garage were brilliant, getting me in at real short notice as I was just passing through the area and had some grinding brakes. Within a few short hours I was away with fresh discs and pads. Great team and great service!
