I am a site manager at a school in Derby. We should get collected each week: General waste, recycling, cardboard and food. Our collections are regularly being missed. I call up, I get promised a day when things will be picked up, it doesn't happen so they then promise another date etc. This is now happening on a weekly basis.On one occasion I was told to bag up the extra recycling that was overflowing (about 10 bin bags worth) and was promised they would take this away as well but their driver left it because it wasn't in the right coloured bag"!The reasons given are: Driver sickness

Awful service, collections missed most weeks give a different excuse every time I call up, told it will be collected “the next day” for four days straight .
