I visited this store today to purchase chocolate éclairs an donuts then notice flies all over the cake, told the sales assistant an she just shrugged her shoulders. So I refused to buy any cakes for the sales assistant the went to into the back of the store complaing to her colleague because I refused to buy cakes that had been contaminated by flies. She walked away from the counter she doesn't even know if I paid for my other packaged item less to say I won't be going in this store again. I will also be contacting food Standards agency

Ordered through just eat & had to cancel! Been waiting 2 hours for my delivery as they couldn’t assign a driver! Why accept my order if you have no driver available? Absolute joke

Visited today and was served by a lovely young lady Elise. Food was as expected for Greggs. This is a very nice outlet but good customer service is always an added extra and Elise what a star you are.

Not only do Greggs make a great cappuccino, but they also have a great rewards scheme via the app. I have lost count of how many free drinks and treats we have had now.
