In late September 2023, I decided to renew my Bay-Windows and Front Door with UPVC Double Glazed Units, a decision which was long overdue.A Good Friend of mine recommended Urban Windows (Bristol) Ltd, so I made contact with them first.Their representative (the Owner) attended to assess what needed to be done. It’s not very often that in just a few minutes, I was really impressed with his Positive, Confident & Can-Do attitude. I knew then, that I wouldn’t be looking to engage a different Company, pending a Realistic Quote.A few days later I received the Quote which I accepted and paid the 25% deposit immediately. There was about a Six-Week window before work could be commenced.I was notified a week before Urban Windows came to fit the Bay-Windows and Front Door. On the stipulated date, the Owner attended with two Colleagues. They worked really well together, completing the work in a Day, which I didn’t think would be possible. A week later the Plasterer and his assistant attended, which had been organised by Urban Windows. The Bay-Window walls were completed in a day, including two narrow side walls, that were not originally stipulated.A few days later, when the dust had settled, I sent an e-mail to Lee, who Staff’s Urban Windows office phone, an extract of which follows;“I am over the moon with the work done, (Front Door, Bay Windows and the Plastering) which exceeded my expectations and looks absolutely fabulous.Please extend my Sincere Thanks to Chris, Brad, Dan, Martin, Steve and yourself for making this such a Great Experience”.Would I recommend Urban Windows (Bristol) Ltd, based on my experience with them, Absolutely YES.

Urban Windows were amazing to deal with from start to finish, our new bespoke porch doors and side panels have now been fitted and we are thrilled with the quality of the product and the fitters.Chris & Ben were amazing, lovely guys and their attention to detail was very impressive. Fitting to a semi circle design they consulted me about a few tricky bits and then waited while somebody delivered additional materials, this gave the best possible look.The admin and support was also very well handled

Recently had a side door & window fitted by Urban windows. The fitters were friendly, polite, respectful & most importantly did a great job. I’ve used Urban windows in the past for some other small jobs & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Called Urban Windows as I needed a new garage window. I was unsure if they would do the job as it is only one window. However Lee very happily agreed that would be no problem and it would only take a couple of weeks to be made and dispatched to me. A site visit was made and measured up the window and after paying a small deposit the order was made. Three weeks later and my very sad looking window is now gone. My mother saw the fitters yesterday and said how very friendly and professional they were, she tried to get them a cup of tea but they were insistent on cracking on and getting the job done. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants an efficient high quality service.

We just had 6 windows replaced by Urban Windows (Bristol) Ltd. Theirs was the most competitive quote and I couldn't be more happy with the final result.
