Been trying to ring them for the past 2 days to ask a simple question as I was told by another store they have a size of trainer I am after. Literally wanted to ask if they could keep them behind the till for me. 2nd day ringing now and no answer. I think jd need to change the manager of this store and replace them with someone who knows how to answer a phone when they hear it ring.

I had to wait a while for the trainers I wanted to try on. I don't understand why as we were 2 out of about 4 customers in the store. Staff were wandering around and felt like they were trying to avoid us. After I tried on my shoes I decided to buy them and had to really try and get the attention of the girl behind the till. She couldn't find my box despite it being the only box behind there. I felt like I was such an inconvenience to her and she only perked up as we turned to leave the shop. So disappointed and I feel I'd be too anxious to go back.

Great selection of shoes and clothing. Found the trainer I was after on sale rack. Took to till to a group of young staff chatting amongst themselves. One girl took the shoe off me an gave it to someone else an said I had to wait for the other to come down on a lift. I stood in the shop for 20mins by the till whilst the staff carried on serving an doing their job. The girl who advised me of this left with another staff member. No one spoke to me. I left, disappointed with out the trainers I had been after for so long... won't be going back. Didn't see one staff member about 20?.. nothing against age of workers!.. no one seemed to be bothered unless chatting by the till..

Staff here are amazing people, very polite, very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a decent selection of clothing, many different brands and styles too. I managed to buy exactly what I needed in one place, which saved me a bit of time visiting a whole bunch of other places. I would definitely recommend a visit when in need of sports/ gym clothing.

You can find any designer sneakers and other nice footwears on an affordable prices here. I have bought 2 sneakers here on different occasions, there have really nice qualities and it lasts long.

Waited 15 mins for someone to get me the other trainer shop was quiet and staff just standing about in the end I walked out and didn't buy them no wonder the shop is quiet with staff like that so went else where and bought them

Terrible customer service. Bad atmosphere and bad attitudes from staff. Staff would rather chat amongst themselves and signpost you to another member of staff than do it themselves.
