Wendy has been a wonderful support and encouragement in keeping me fit and moving during my pregnancy in my 1-to-1 sessions. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is always able to explain why we are doing a certain exercise. Previously I had never been to any form of fitness training so I was rather nervous, but Wendy put me at ease instantly and has helped me feel so much more confident in my ability. I always feel very welcomed by Wendy and feel a million times better after our sessions, thank you Wendy!

Wendy is not only a knowledgeable and experienced trainer but is also patient, kind and attentive. She has carefully created a programme that has built up my strength and flexibility without me incurring any injuries. In the four months I have been working with Wendy, she has kept me motivated by giving me achievable goals and varying my routines while being highly responsive to my queries. Wendy has also supported me with nutritional advice and her programme keeps me accountable. I am now squatting with confidence in my pelvic floor and previously creaky knees and the regular photos and measurements show me how toned I am becoming. Thanks to Wendy, I am steadily losing my excess weight and actually enjoying exercising 6 days out of 7!

Since I started training with Wendy, in September, I have noticed a big change in my body - it's more toned, I'm getting some muscle definition again and I feel about 10 years younger! I feel energised for the first time in ages and I've even started running again despite having osteoarthritis in both knees.Wendy is incredibly knowledgeable, each training session is different and she pushes you a little bit more each week. I highly recommend her.

I am a 48 year old woman and up until my early 40's had always done exercise but got out of the habit. I met Wendy and decided to try a session and have been going regularly ever since. It is the first exercise class I can hand on heart say that I really enjoy! Wendy is a first class trainer - pushes you to do your best but in such an encouraging way you don't really notice. Also, Wendy gives alternative exercises if you need them and is just 100% supportive and encouraging. I have never done the same class twice as Wendy always designs different routines every week and I'm definitely happier and healthier. Due to Wendy's support and encouragement I signed up for and completed a non stop 100m walk for charity from London to Brighton. Wendy is a brilliant and inspirational woman!

When I first saw Wendy 6 months ago it was because I needed to be strong and ready for a half marathon. I told her I didn’t have a marathon in me, she told me that I did! This week I completed London marathon in a time I was so pleased with. But more than that, I managed all my training with no injuries and ended feeling really strong and fit.Wendy set me excellent strength training sessions which have always included foam rolling and stretching. She also set my dietary macros so I was eating the right stuff at the right time of my training (and I was eating a lot, which was great!).If you’ve got goals you want to achieve I can’t think of a better way to do that, thank you Wendy.

Wendy is an inspiration to me, not just as an athlete but as a person. She is genuine and resilient. She is a great role model for any woman who is an athlete (or aspires to be one, like me!). She walks the talk. You can see how passionate she is about running and fitness by the way she lives her own life and takes on massive challenges at any opportunity! For this reason, I trust her completely to help me achieve my own fitness goals, and as a woman going through menopause, to navigate the many challenges that brings with it! She is so supportive and encouraging, and I feel she really cares about what I am trying to achieve. She is firm but in a gentle and non-judgmental way, always managing to find a way to keep me (or get me back) on track when my resolve is wavering. She has extensive knowledge and resources and works with you to resolve any obstacles that are getting in the way of what you want to achieve. I love the passion she has for helping women be the best version of themselves and achieve what they might have once thought impossible. Thank you Wendy. It is a pleasure working with you and I am enjoying seeing the changes in my strength and mobility, and how that supports me to train for my first triathlon!

It was a facebook advert that caught my attention to Wendy at WG Fitness. I have been a regular runner for a couple of years and really enjoyed exercise, but knew that I needed to do something else to 'mix things up a bit' and create fitness in the rest of my body and not just in my legs. Wendy's classes provided the perfect solution, as a runner herself she knew exactly what would fit the bill.Wendy is trained and hugely knowledgeable with regards to women's health, from 40+, a unique and extremely useful addition to her services.I do the Early Bird class, so by 7.30am have done a great all body work-out and can then get on with the rest of the day, with that ever so slightly smug feeling.No two classes are ever the same, so you can never get bored. Wendy is amazing at getting the best out of you without needing to be that bossy women type, something I have always found completely intimidating. She is friendly, encouraging and calm, but at the same time will keep pushing the boundaries so that you continue to improve your form and fitness.The six weekly fitness tests help you to monitor your own progress I have always surprised myself as to how much stronger I have got and the facts don't lie.Wendy is an inspiration who lives what she teaches, her lifestyle, recipe ideas, eating habits and her own exercise goals are certainly something to aspire to.Not your average Fitness Trainer.

I have just finished Wendy's 12 week Fit female program & feel the best I have in years - just brilliant. Not only physically but mentally as well. During the 12 weeks I have learnt so much about myself, my body and lifestyle choices which can/do impact on positive or negative ways upon my overall well being.It has meant that I had to make quite a lot of changes to my exercise regime, life style and work/life balance. However, Wendy was there to support, encourage and motivate me every step of the way in a non judgemental manner. The other members of my exercise group are fab to, a great relaxed, friendly bunch of like minded women. All there because we want to be and motivated in making small changes.The way Wendy has designed the course though has meant changes were gradually introduced over 12 week period. These changes have now become a permanent fixture in my life not some passing phase. in the end I have exceeded my goal of 12 lbs weight loss in time for summer without once feeling hungry. I also feel stronger and fitter in so many ways - result! If you are willing & motivated to make changes I can't recommended the course highlyenough

Wendy is enthusiastically supportive and the Mamas &Buggies class is great fun. She's very good at adapting exercises to individual needs and encouraging you to work your hardest without overdoing it. I'm enjoying every class far more than I thought I would!

I am half way through my 12 week programme with Wendy and have seen amazing results. I've lost weight and feel stronger and fitter. She really listened to what I wanted to achieve and is helping me to hit those goals. Would really recommend her no matter what your current fitness level is like.
