I have made multiple inquiries about the same property, and despite filling out the passport to view form more than five times, the agency keeps sending the same email requesting it again. After filing a complaint via email, I received a callback asking me to refill the form, but there has been no further communication since then. They have not been replying to my emails either. This has been the worst service I have ever experienced, and I am extremely disappointed.

Made a couple of enquires for viewing properties to let as I am actively looking for a new property. Had to fill the same form out twice and have had zero response. Been 2 weeks, poor service.

Purchased a house with this branch, Emily was our main contact and was happy to show us around the property, very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area, a great buying experience with this branch.

I’ve applied for more properties online and called them just to tell me they’re fully booked.After few days i applied for same properties but with a british name and guess what all properties are available for renting.I felt like I not was the right tenant because of my name.

John Daniel the manager of Boldmere office gave us well informed advice on selling. A sale was agreed quickly and completed without a hitch. Everyone at the office was helpful and professional.

Not sure how they are selling houses, been calling for nearly a week no one is answering the phones.

Made several enquiries about properties over the past few weeks, did not hear back. Also made a recent enquiry, called several times, with no response. Finally got through to somebody who was very rude and sighed a few times during the conversation. Was just told to “wait as per the email”- when in fact the email states to call if not heard within 24 hours. So “as per the email”- I did JUST THAT. Some customer service refresher training is needed!
