It was ok but, the beds were a bit over my budget. I was expecting a wider range of beds on offer. The salesman I dealt with was perfectly pleasant to deal with, not pushy in any way

Sold 2 pillows of which were not the same as the shop, swapped and waited for another replacement. The pillow received was still not the same as the shop. Offered a refund on one, refused for the other even if it wasn’t the same! Completely incorrect way of running a business. Poor service!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, this shop is the only one, and we visited many, that actually looks at your posture whilst laying on a mattress. They also helped by moving a mattress off of a sprung base onto a hard base so that you could feel the difference that would be encountered as we were replacing a mattress on that type of base. Well worth a visit.

Excellent help and service well above expectations. I was in Tunbridge Wells and needed a double bed delivered to a Norwich address the very next day, all within 24hrs. By email, Darren very quickly provided photos,specifications of available stock, and prices, by email. The delivery guys were excellent all as promised, and on time as arranged. I couldn't fault it! Extremely helpful and reliable and a pleasant and efficient team to do business with. I would strongly recommend the whole Norwich Team, excellent! Thanks guys, thanks World of Beds!

Excellent selection of beds well priced with friendly staff. Bed was delivered in good time 4 weeks with solid construction and easy to follow instructions (tried post work people did it in half an hour). can't imagine needing to come again but if we do I'm sure we will be just as well looked after.
