Awful service.This company contacted me to transfer my file of papers from an alternative firm. Since the transfer my case has only been progressed when chased by me. I have not been provided with updates and the matter is still dragging on years later. I have now referred the matter to the Legal Ombudsman. DO NOT USE this firm if you want a timely, efficient and courteous service. The one star is due to not being able to review with a zero!

I had a very good experience with Montpelier Solicitors during year 2017 / 2018 in connection with the extension of my Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) and my dependants visa.It was a long exercise that took slightly more than a year to complete however Montpelier Solicitors acted very professionally to cover all the home office requirements & to conclude the extension successfully.

These guys represented me in a dispute over a cancelled flight. Apparently, we were successful and a settlement was transferred but I never heard anything back from either Montpelier Solicitors or the claim management company (flight-delayed.co.uk) despite reaching out multiple times. I would not recommend this company.Update - This was rectified by the claim management company, review changed to 5 stars.

To Montpelier firm , I wish to publicly share my disappointment about your firm position and general stance in a matter of great importance.I will not only file a police complaint against your firm but also the individual alledgedly involved in the malicious action of intruding my emails , by throwing viruses and attemtping to take control over my pc and files .All alarms went off, after officially informing you about the email received which was carrying your firm's email ID , and seeing with shock , your disdain and lack of concern about the matter .Anyone in this world and specially a lawyer would be worried to see their emails ID being used to scam others and intrude illegally third party's computer.But your firm answer was so detached from the gravity of the event , that I really wonder ..........No matter how much disagreement we may have on other confidential matters , nothing justify your non" actions in the light of hacking attempt I have been victim of from "a hacker " signing with your firm email id
