Excellent virtual consultation with Dija! My skin has improved tremendously since using her product suggestions and the products last long as you only need to use a small amount so its real value for money! For the first time in my life I feel I really understand my skin and how to treat it. Have recommended Dija to my family and friends! Also excellent service receiving products through the post. Absolute excellence from start to finish. Dija and Etta are the dynamic duo who gently guided me through the process of an online consultation to deal with my rosacea. Although I had been to a dermatologist here in Edmonton Alberta the skin care advice I was provided by the dermatologist (beyond the prescriptions) was lackluster. Dija walked me through what I needed to change in my skincare regime and directed me to skincare products that soothe my sore skin and support it in preventing flair ups. Dija knew which brands to recommended that are available here in Canada. She was also completely knowledgeable on what my skin would need in response to a cold dry climate here in Alberta. In short she knew everything. My relief after the consultation with Dija was palpable. The follow up with Dija and Etta has been exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgable and insightful enough to really tailor her advice and treatments to exactly what your skin needs at any moment in time. I had my first consultation with Dija a month ago, I was delighted with the skin care advice she gave me. The salon is very inviting and I was greeted by Etta who was very accommodating . I receive regular checkup’s by email about how my skin care routine is going which is great and what also like is that I can reach out for advice at any time.
