Iceland Supermarket Woolwich

A 50/50 experience. I've unfortunately encountered an extremely rude woman before. Who spoke down to my mum and then myself, her attitude was not necessary. Since we had not been rude, or hadn't done anything to deserve her rudeness, it really put me off going again. And yes I've avoided it since. The Woolwich store delivery I hear has been shocking also. I've received out of date items before which really isn't acceptable.It's okay for some convenient meals and items. I'd not go here if I wanted to cook something healthy.. Nor would I go here for good customer service

I used uber eats here from times. Every time they will try to pinch pennies off you because they know what uber won't refund I had nearly £5 worth of items missing 3/5 times. Here jm thinking ita just a mistake but no-one is there sort this out. Avoid at all costs they are nothing but scamming hooligans. They literally have the opportunity to mark things as unavailable and remove the items from order but yet they still don't.Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting. Usually staff are lovely, another customer causing a scene, so me and the man behind went to another till to pay he flew of the till said can’t serve u I’ve got jobs to do, I said u heard the woman causing problems and now not packing her stuff and not paying so we would have to wait he said I got jobs to do no I can’t.. security guard was on our side knowing the other woman was causing problems throwing our items about… the boy then lost u two customers because he had jobs to do ! No sorry just rude! Phone always engaged be making a complaint first thing tomorrow ! Never shopping I’m Iceland again ! The first man who was gonna serve us is always lovely… the young person with the scruffy beard and glasses with the big black coat on terrible disgusting attitude to customers, security guard was lovely to he was trying to get him to serve us too…

Good selection friendly staff nice wide aisles checkout is accessible but have to use 1st one

Great selection of stuff, affordable, usually fully stocked and kind staff.The amounts of eggs they stock here on a Friday is great too, haven't seen that many in months!

One of our go to place to buy our groceries as there items are really affordable especially the meat where they offer 3 for 10 though it is increased from last year.I always load up £20 in there app which I get £1 in return.Here are some of the items we usually buy here

This store is the worst Iceland store in South London. From customer service to delivery. They mess everything up due to incompetence and are rude when you point out their faults in service.

You can always find something in Iceland to eat from breakfast ideas right through to dinner as well as any in-between snacks. Prices are reasonable, too.That's why mums go to Iceland!
