Amazing customer service from every person I spoke to, the team were really helpful. I popped just to have a look around and first and spoke to Dan and Carys, both very knowledgeable and really helpful. I returned on Saturday for a test drive and Drew helped me and kindly spoke me through everything I needed to know. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with everything and answer all of my questions. Very patient with me when I asked how the wipers worked for about the 100th time, which I really appreciated. I picked up my car this evening and I’m very pleased and feel confident because everything was explained to me so thoroughly and clearly.Thank you to the whole team, I will definitely return when it’s time for a new car.

Amazing service from Neil. He was great showing me around the car, talked me through everything and was so reassuring when answering any questions I had. When I decided I wanted it I could only come back on a Saturday to pick up and he wasn’t working but he came in on his day off to let me test drive properly and take it home. Incredible service, can’t fault! Very grateful I had him as the advisor.

We purchased our first used electric vehicle (Zoe) from Lookers Renault Chester one month ago and it is has now completed over 1000 miles and has been a pleasure to drive. Harvey Appleby was pleasant to deal with throughout as were all the staff with whom we briefly came into contact. There were a few problems but these were always dealt with satisfactorily. It had been a while since we had purchased a car and looking back we should have been more clued up so would advise anyone to do plenty of research when buying, especially an unfamiliar type of car.

Went to Lookers Chester to view cars my daughter had seen online. We met Neil, one of the sales advisors, who showed us the cars she'd seen. Found him to be a very knowledgeable person with regards to the cars we saw and was impressed by his personable, friendly manner.Went away with a good impression of the company and its staff.Returned again a few days later after my daughter had again spoken to Neil to complete the purchase of one of cars.This is the second car my daughter has bought from the company and possibly not the last.
