Don't waste your time no support or understanding of people with disabilities autism or ADHD and they leave people waiting hours for appointments that you think is with a doctor and it's not don't use this doctors

When you eventually get an appointment everything is fine, but getting hold of anyone is near impossible. E consult forms fill up within minutes and sometimes you can wait 25 minutes in a phone queue just to be disconnected. If you have a choice, choose somewhere else.

Often have to deal with a very unhelpful receptionist. Can't ever give you a time for phone appointments which seem to be the norm now and long waits for appointments in the first place. One of the Doctors is incredibly dismissive, arrogant and not really interested. I have seen helpful staff there but its not a great service and mistakes are being made. I know everybody is under pressure but this is not an excuse for the level of service they are supplying.

Never known receptionists like it. The rudest you will ever find. They hang up on you and speak to you like you are dirt on their shoe. Would not recommend this doctors read the reviews they speak for themselves. If you don’t want to deal with unwell people struggling in different ways, get a new job or stop being rude and nasty. Ask for some patience this Christmas receptionists, you need it.

The receptionist tried to make me wait months for an appointment to get my medication for my chronic health issues when I finally got an appointment with the doctor the appointment lasted 1 or 2 minutes and nothing was done.

When you can get an appointment the service is great but it is nearly impossible to get an appointment. Obviously 13 years of conservative government and brexshit disruption have been disastrous for NHS so it's hardly the fault of the surgery BUT, they obviously have nowhere near enough doctors here and therefore a great deal of effort is put into throttling demand. Phone lines impossible to get through on, e-consult rarely seems open. Today I tried calling 36 times, e-consult was closed and waited in vain 45 minutes for 111 to be answered. Essebtially today there was no healthcare available. This is the state of the UK under the tories

I have been with this surgery for a number of years. In the past it hasn’t been great but I have to say it has upped its game considerably. Whenever I need medication or to speak to a nurse or doctor I can always get an appointment in the next couple of days. The receptionists the last few times I have needed help have been excellent and ever so polite. It does take a while to sometimes get through on the phone but they do get to you in the end!

I’m new to this practice. Registration was easy. Called up for an urgent consultation and receptionist was lovely. Got the consultation within a few hours. Doctor I can’t remember his name was super helpful and kind on the phone and made me laugh despite feeling like I’m on my death bed. Quality service

How bad could the reviews really be..." I have worked in hospitality for many years and I have never dealt with a customer as rude as one of the receptionists at this practice (Asking personal questions and shouting at me on the phone).I finally found another GP to visit and this place (park cres) came back to haunt me and signed me up as a patient (with no contact) so I was taken off my trusted GP and put back onto this non responsive institution.I do not know how good the doctors are but the woman in reception is a force to be reckoned with (the other lady seemed to be nice)"

I have been with this surgery many years and have seen the ups and downs, but in recent years I can say I've received an excellent service from them, and the receptionists are lovely. I also always bear in mind that the NHS is grossly underfunded, and these doctors and nurses work in difficult circumstances, so I am patient when I contact them
