Great care home with a kind, warming manager.

Please do not put anyone you know or love in this place. My nanna was in there after suffering a stroke and being diagnosed with dementia and I witnessed her being physically and mentally abused by a member of staff. I reported it immediately and was lied to throughout the whole investigation, statements were altered by the management and nurses and the owner wasn’t interested at all and was actually more supportive of the creature that assaulted my vulnerable, defenceless nanna. Avoid this place like the plague. If I could give this place 0 stars I would

Highly recommend. Its just a home from home friendly place with very caring staff. Always made to feel welcome on my visits. My elderly mother is very happy and settled here. Its a great weight off my mind. Thank you.

Don't put your loved one in there!!

Very welcoming by caring, warm, friendly staff, always greeted with smiles from staff and residents alike, very well managed and organised, exceptional catering and cleanliness, all staff are willing to go that extra mile to keep residents and visitors happy.
