Just been to Miniso Leeds today. I love the shop however I needed some advice but there was absolutely no staff on the shop floor to help. Thankfully the young purple haired girl on the till was a great help when she was free and managed to find what we were looking for. Was a shame to see her alone in the store with no help however, hopefully this doesn't happen all the time!

Cute shop with large variety of cute things. Amuses me how the original name of the store Meiso is written in Japanese outside but then hanged to MiniSo in English.....

really upsetting, went to buy a blanket for me and my friend and the young lady at the till, with short hair thought on giving me her opinion of the blanket saying i’m too big for it and it would never fit me, as a larger person who struggles with appearance i would rather not have staff comment on things that are not their concern, even if i was buying the blanket for someone else she would have no idea and still thought it to be appropriate to comment. i’ve seen her in the store before and she has always made strange comments to people. i’m never normally a karen online but i’m deeply hurt by what happened

Super cute store! Lots of plushies, toys, and knick knacks - also got things like lamps, storage boxes, workout gear, etc. Staff are always extremely friendly too.
