Dear Michael Isherwood.In response to your recent review. We feel that it is important to state the facts appertaining to this matter.The property in question is your mother's property. Your mother has now sadly passed away and your brother is executor to her will giving him control of her estate. Your brother instructed Charlesworth Estates to market the property having discussed the matter with yourself. An appointment was made for us to visit the property and start the marketing process. Prior to our visit we were advised that you may become aggressive during the appointment and for safety reasons we arranged for TWO staff members (one of whom is known to you) to attend. The process of marketing the property and timescales involved were discussed with you at the time and to which you agreed. A few days after the appointment you attended our offices and started shouting at the lady staff members in an aggressive manner, which of course is un-acceptable. I heard your shouting from my upstairs office and intervened due to your aggressive attitude and to also protect my staff members. I trust this clarifies the circumstances and puts matters into a more realistic perspective. We have now removed the property from our portfolio until the matter is resolved between your brother and yourself.Robert ArnoldCharlesworth Estate Agents.

Shocking attitude. Rang up to enquire about a house, immediately the conversation jumped to “there’s no viewings being given, email over your best and final bid as there will be no further negations or conversations and this has to be in before etc…”.

Truly shocking dont give a damn attitude!Booked a viewing for me at 5.15pm even though the office closes at 5pm.Battled through forty mins of traffic only to find their rep couldnt be bothered to turn up!Ha Ha Ha!Special mentions to Robert Arnold and Lynn!When I wrote to complain Robert said he was there!Sorry if he had told me we were playing hide and seek he would have won as after twenty wasted minutes I still couldnt find him!Well done Robert!Ready or not here I come!

The most unprofessional, undermining estate agents in westhoughton. Walked in to settle a dispute ammicably between 2 parties in the sale of my house. They have turned upto my house and put up a sign without my permission and tresspassed on my property and damaged my wall.I walked in today to tell them to take it down as they have posted pictures and put a sign up without my ask. As i own the house, which must be illegal to do without the owners permission.A man came from behind the scenes acting like a bouncer got right in my face in shockingly aggressive behaviour and the tone he was using was scarily violent. He was really rude started pointing in my face, started screaming and shouting right in my face. I then walked away from the situation.If you are a vulnerable person like myself they will take advantage of you if you are selling a house or renting with them.Please be very wary and stay away from these aggressive gangsters.There are much nicer estate agents in westhoughton who will not take advantage.

What a ridiculous estate agent!! Rang up to put an offer in on a house that it was selling on the market for, then to be told they wanting offers over a higher price well why don’t you advertise offers over that price if that’s what the vendors looking for instead of wasting my time and effort looking around!! Very unprofessional I go and look elsewhere if I was you!!

These guys are fantastic to deal with. Being dealing with them for over 3 years and have just got another house through them. Tony is great and will help with anything and always shows you respect. Lynn is also great on the desk she always helps and is polite and very organised. Bob is great to,Keep doing a great job guys.
