Very good food, I preferred the starters but it was the opposite for my girlfriend. Good amount of food for the price payed. Dishes ranged from not spicy at all to mildly spicy.

If you consider choosing this place for shopping or pick-up delivery, be aware that you will be treated rudely and with the most disgusting attitude that a human being can have . Plus, for pick-up delivery, they have their own working time.YOU GUYS ARE JOKE

Absolutely rude as it can get-falsely accused of shop lifting even though I had products that definitely not from that shop. I was threatened even after I had shown them the goods were not from that shop. I was called all sorts but once I had made it known the goods were not from that shop,there was no apology just more verbal abuse. Meanwhile they were breaking the law by having all thier rubbish stacked up on the pavement-a public right of wayour. Don't shop here

would give them 5 stars for product, convenience, price, opening hours etc. Even though there have been different managers, it's been consistent, which is why I've always been a loyal customer, chosen to spend a LOT of hard earned cash there. Now, here's why it gets 2 stars instead of 5. I work nights, invariably I get there 4.00am in the morning, sure, I get it, this isn't regular hours. The staff may have had a few bad customers, I understand that. But.. IF a decent customer enters, says hello, chooses their items and approaches the till with a smile, I do not expect to be ignored (I'm making specific reference to the young guy who sits adjacent to the till, pretending he can't see you. and doesn't acknowledge you until you make it clear you need to be served. He then serves you in silence, if you ask for a specific item, just points, as if he loathes you for asking a question, without talking nor making eye contact. No hello, no thanks. If you hate people, don't work in a shop, we do have other choices. ..

Why is this shop permitted to sell alcohol 24 hours? In an area of temporary housing and homeless people it is encouraging street drinking 24 hours a day. There are people sitting outside drinking and begging. They claim to donate to a charity called Making A Difference Well they certainly have and not in a good way. Disgraceful.

Had the most awful experience possible with the night staff and night security. An absolute abomination of staff and security Training...enquiring about the pricing of pasties were obviously not the right questions to be asking 2 staff members on an extremely quiet monday morning. Extremely aggressive and hostile along with massive communication failure.Will be visiting tomorrow to talk to the store manager about the situation in detail.Extremely horrified that this is the level of customer service that takes place these days in the early hours just because they think they can make out everyone is drunk to suit there childish games.The staff members and security guard should be relieved of duty asap.Terrible experience with a few bullies.The Bullies will be caught out though. Great place to shop when Sainsburys etc is closed. Obviously a little pricier given the level of convenience. Staff range from disinterested to very friendly. Lots of people commenting on being followed by security etc; you got to bear in mind that this is a city centre convenience store with alcohol on shelves. They probably get a lot of shoplifters. Grow a backbone and stop taking it personally lmao

Meant to have a 24 DPD parcel pickup but it looks like the shop decides their own times.... Went there after 5pm today just to learn that you can collect parcels only until 5pm!

Very disappointed went to quick, my Amazon parcel up when Amazon says it’s 24 hours you can pick a parcel up from here to be told I couldn’t pick up my Amazon parcel. I’m very disappointed with this service will never be using them again.

All members of staff in there including the security look at and treat you like you're a thief or something, totally non-friendly place to shop. One member of staff even swore at a customer a few times and worse still is that another male member of staff even threatened a customer with If he try's to nick anything in here
