Our latest shed purchased is disastrous! It leaks and has warped terribly so that there are large gaps in the panels. Not a good construction and a very disappointing purchase.

Glad i had to wait two guys pull up with my shed and put my shed up in 30 mins and yes a proper strong quality shed great price and a full proper service i will be telling other people about how good himley are and i wood like to thank the 2 guys that put up and deliverd my shed thankyou very much .matt.

Very pleased with the quality of shed and size options as these guys were the only ones we could find that did a 5x5 loglap shed. Built in quick time and so far no problems.Took about 5 weeks from ordering to delivery but that was to be expected during summer. Overall highly recommended.Thanks! Mr Ahmed

I ordered a chalet in July for me to be able to spend time in as I am shielding, Mark from Himleys was brilliant explaining that he could deliver to Scotland and erect it for me but I might have to wait as he was experiencing difficulty sourcing wood as his usual supplier in Europe was quarantined as were most other timber suppliers. Mark regularly kept me updated until excitingly TODAY in October. when my beautiful chalet was built in my garden by Marks team of lads who were all so so brilliant. Very professional, hard working and meticulous in the care they all took to build my perfect retreat. The building itself is a tour de force, stunning and substantial at a whopping 16 by 20 feet and with verrandahs to front and side,the lads spent in total around a day to build it and checked I was happy with where it was sited, and ensuring during all stages of the build that it was to my liking. The building is made to a very high standard and screams quality. it deserves far more than 10 out of 10 as do the team who worked so hard to build it. I cant say enough about how happy I am as now I can sit looking at my garden which pre this arriving was impossible as Im not well enough to sit outside for long. I would advise anyone looking to buy a summerhouse to seriously consider this one as if you have the room and can afford it then it will be a good investment as this is built to last and will give years of use.I also feel that the cost is unbelievably good for such a huge outdoor space and for the quality of this product. So once again many many thanks to Mark and his hardworking team who drove for hours to get to me and then again to get home , all of them were a delight to speak to, and to have the pleasure of meeting and so obviously love their work.too, thankyou Electra XXX

Would give zero if possible due to attitude of Mark towards my complaint.. Seller refuses to rectify makes no effort to resolve. He ignores request for return 2 minths later . But then makes rediculous offer of refund if shed returned as drlivered.Tongue and groove joints opening up everywhereLeaking around windows already. Puddles on floor !!Purchased shed £659.00 December 2019. Felt buckled within two weeks was told its made to worse than ever now. T&G joints all opening up May. Tried to contact HGB no reply. Log boards all splitting especially at cut ends. Poor quality. Will not last long only 5 months old and falling apart.seller trying to fob you off and expects me to return it. Seller stated its only a shed. Yes it is £a £659 shed made of poor materials.Seller stated unless i remove my review he will not consider resolving the issue. Customer service is appalling. Tries to intimidate and insult customers intelligence.

Pleasure to deal with.Covid19 delayed things with timber suppliers as it did for everyone but worth waiting for. All put together quickly and efficiently with minimum of fuss by two cheerful guys.Well made product at reasonable price so who could ask for more. Thanks Mark and all your team.
