Great service - A valve problem that was keeping my house too hot and costing me money. John arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and a return visit. At the agreed time, Lee came with the right tools and parts, explained what he was going to do which all made sense, did what he said and tidied up after himself. The problem is now fixed and everything is working as it should. Would use Transgas again and recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing support

A big 5 stars from us! The Transgas team were amazing. Luke was great and helped us start the work while we were on holiday which we were very grateful for. Mitch was here for the week and did a fabulous job. We had our full plumbing system taken out and replaced. The work is so tidy, neat, he was friendly and tidy - just great. Would recommend the Transgas team to anyone! And thanks to David who was here too! THANK YOU!

Zero stars for Transgas Services! Used their service in Nov-2021 for boiler maintenance and a gas certificate. Shockingly, in 2022, the boiler broke right before its annual service. Luckily, insurance covered the repair cost, sparing me from potentially spending hundreds. I only had to pay a £90 excess. Disappointingly, Transgas hadn't serviced the boiler at all. The fixing engineer provided evidence with photos. Disturbing how Transgas handles service verification, especially with gas certificates at stake.I reached out, seeking a refund for the undelivered service and £90 BRITISH GAS insurance excess compensation. Sadly, they refused. Opting not to prolong the argument, my time is worth more than what they owe. As warned in my letter, sharing my experience to prevent them from easy money without service. The public is discerning; they can spot a genuine claim from a fake one. Spread the word!

Transgas replaced my old even. Everything went smoothly and I was particularly impressed by how good the communication was. Not just between me and Transgas but also with the chaps who delivered the oven. The fitter was cheerful, polite and competent. Basically everything went smoothly without any anxiety or hassle. Five stars.

Excellent and highly professional company throughout the entire process from making an appointment for a service to the thorough service itself. We just had G. Allen today for our annual boiler service. Very happy with his highly experienced/knowledgeable performance.

Dan from Transgas Services was very thorough in explaining what needs to be done with the boiler service and he also explained about the minor repairs. I have used Transgas Services many times and every time they offer great service at a great price. Whilst when I call them I never really want, to as it means I have a problem, their team are always polite, clean and tidy and get my issues sorted in a timely manner. I would not use anyone else!

Dan & Riley were the absolute best experience I’ve ever had after British Gas repeatedly let us down with missed appointments. Exceptional professionalism, done fast and with minimal fuss. These guys are amazing.Following the installation of the boiler they have been on hand at a moments notice to help out where required (we needed a gas connection knocking off and they came out the next day even through I didn't manage to make the call until 5pm)It has been a year since the installation now and the boiler is still working faultlessly.Very knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices without the usual 'hidden' fees..... Highly recommended

Despite two visits and several phone calls and emails, I am disappointed that it is now three months and I have yet to receive a quotation for new central heating system.Every time I call, the managerL…e is not in the office, away from his desk, on holidays and last on sick leave. However, message would be passed to him. Never heard again.I appreciate at this time of the year you must be busy but I had requested when the weather was still mild. Not only the prices have gone up, it would be difficult for me to get anyone at this time of the year.Taking into consideration that the company had consistent 5* reviews, I am very disappointed at the non response.If you are busy and cannot undertake a project, it would be appreciated if you have the professional courtesy to inform me from the outset rather than giving excuses. The reason I gave 2* was because you were punctual in your appointment dates. Maybe, I got lost in the system.
