Supercuts

This was my first time at Supercuts, Wakefield and I’m glad that I went there. I have had an amazing hair cut done by Ella, she was not just expert in what she was doing but very warm and friendly too. She listened well and gave me the look, I was looking for. I would highly recommend her, thank you so much x

My hair do went to plan. My hair was thoroughly washed and my hair was cut to my satisfaction. The only reason I’ve given it one less star is simply because when I call the salon, they don’t answer the phone. I also wish the system they use for queueing would include available times. That way I could select the time I can get to the salon for with taxis.

I Love the staff in Supercuts Wakefield as they are so friendly. Yesterday I had my hair cut and coloured by Emma; it looks and feels great.

Visited Trinity Walk in Wakefield....Stylist Sandy is totally fabulous.Had highlights, cut and straightened...Very pleased! x

Wasn't impressed, went in February and got a haircut and haven't had to confidence until now, about 5 months on, to go get it cut again (at a different hairdresser) I asked for longer layers - all I can say is the haircut looked like I'd asked for a Bob half way through then changed my mind, I've not been able to wear my hair down for months. The layers had corners" and just didn't blend. Another guy in there at the time asked about the finish on his fringe and was just told "well that's how your hair grows" when he wasn't satisfied with it... wouldn't recommend"

DO NOT RECCOMEND - STAY AWAY!!!!Website was not working - so I tried to ring but got no answer - Went into store and got told need to book on website or ring - explained we had tried and showed proof of failing website and call log attempting calls but no answer. Staff said they cant help and we need to book online or ring - neither were working so asked if we could book in for tomorrow got told no you have to book online or phone in the morning. Clearly not understanding the 2 methods they advice were no use the common sense or ability to problem solve was clearly lacking.Finally I left the shop baffled by the complete idiocy.Worst customer service I have experienced in along time.Visited 24 June 2023Would not recommend

Chris trimmed my hair today with a wash, cut and blowdry. It looks lovely and was well worth the price. He was also kind and made me laugh. Definitely will be returning for future hair cuts. Lovely people at this salon. Emma also did a fantastic haircut.

Chris is an absolute superstar! Best hairdresser I have ever had and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Went in last week, super friendly, did exactly what I asked for which, awesome environment and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it,Will be attending on a monthly basis,You guys rock
