Excellent service throughout,from the shop,to booking fitters,to the fitting. Polite,helpful and reasonably priced. I will certainly use this company again.

The fitters have asked for more money than the original agreement on the day of installation and they wanted to ask even more money for cleaning up the mess after their work in the room and in front of the house. They never told me about these nasty hidden charges in the shop. I am very disappointed. I suggest to avoid 'that Carpet place Malvern', and find a more professional business. (Edit: I would like to point out that the owner's response is defensive, unpractical and very vague: there is no explanation of what are the actions they are taking in this situation. They are using their response as a meaningless marketing tool... I would also like to point out that my expectations were set buy the people in the shop when I ordered the service.)

This is a difficult review to write because not all went well.I had a mix of carpets, laminate and lino fitted throughout a bedroom, dining room, kitchen and conservatory. The company offers a good choice and at very reasonable prices, certainly far cheaper than most of the competitors.There was an issue with one of the fitters which was dealt with very well by the shop. In fact we were given reasonable compensation as a result.The service from the shop was superb (Mike in Worcester is particularly excellent), and the Malvern branch also have some very knowledgeable employees. People turned up when promised and we were kept well informed.The measure of a place can only be gauged when things go wrong (which they did a bit for us). In this instance everything was sorted, quickly, to our satisfaction. The couple who fitted the laminate (husband and wife) did a really superb job and in double quick time. One of the other fitters actually commented on what a top job they had done.I would feel harsh not to give these chaps 5 stars as they really did everything they could to provide a good service at a bargain price.

Great staff, great price. Can't fault this place
