Brought a surround system speaker from here which turned out to be cheap junk and one of the speackers didnt work properley, took it back same day with recipt, was ovvered vouchers" for there shop which I refused as just wanted my money back

My husband's phone is with you I have consistently asked for an estimate to be emailed to me in order to complete an insurance claim. You have still not sent it He has already paid you £25 deposit then a further £65. We will NOT be paying any further money to yourselves until I have the estimate/claim and we are sure we will recoup the monies from our insurance company.

My old macbook air went fut and i bought a recon one from these guys. Excellent service, they really know their stuff, the replacement computer came perfectly configured with all my data and programs so i lost no time and didnt have to go through all stress of setting it up again. Totally recommend these guys

Took parts in for a quote on repairs.this was done fairly quick. but then it took them 6days to come up with a simple price list.This quote was needed for insurance purposes, and imagitec have happily lied about how some damage occured.They thought that left over grease from thermal pads was bright blue liquid coolant? How you can mistake the two I dont know.I have built pcs and been into custom pcs for about two decadesI am amazed that a so called computer repair shop can be so incompetent.Not only have they lied on the quote, but Alos charged me 89.99, 59.99 for the inspection, this is a less then half hour job to test a motherboard.30 pounds for a couple of bits of paper!!Total rip of and dodgy people.All of the stock is very old and most vote seen to be about ten years out of date.Do not use this shop of you want honesty, decent prices and modern products.Stuck in the past with clueless staff.I had to phone them to be told they couldn't find prices, communication people!Your better of going to pc world or even an apple shop.Do not trust and do not use.

Tried to support local traders - big mistake! Needed a USB AV capture card. Could have bought online, but wanted to support the locals. Was promised 2-3 working days. 1 week later I popped in to see where it was - hadn't arrived, hadn't been chased and 3hrs after I was promised a call with an update - still no call. I needed the device last weekend.Really not worth the hassle - certainly won't use again.
