Chris came to look at my lock the same day I put the job on Rated People, despite it being Sunday, as I'd explained I would not be free for a while after that day. He temporarily fixed it straight away, then ordered the part needed. Once he received the part, he messaged me to finish the job, and fit in with my work and home schedule without a problem. He's friendly and very knowledgeable, clean and tidy, plus being very competitive on price. I would 100% recommend him.

Excellent service, I can't recommend Chris enough, he serviced my elderly mother's door today, she was unable to lock it and was extremely vulnerable. He is so trustworthy and caring he even sent a video to explain the issue, he advised that her door which is over 10 years old was worth saving I'm overwhelmed at his honesty, you don't expect this kind of service today5 * from us and a massive thank you
