Woe betide you if you ask whether he does evening or weekend work!Service was recommended by another firm as he was local to me, and to be fair the first visit was done very promptly. However I was left with a boiler which wasn't heating the house well and in the course of a couple of text message exchanges this engineer decided to take the hump and abandon the job, stating that I was expecting them to be available day and night - despite my assurances that this was not the case (How else can you establish operating hours other than by asking?)Anyway he decided not to charge for the service and parts used at the visit, but the attitude was terrible and I was basically told to go and get a service contract and not bother him again. Apparently he'd had a bad day" the day before
