I was at the store today to get a card and some balloons and the two ladies working there could not have been more helpful. The customer service really was above and beyond - they made sure that the recipient had the best balloons possible. Thank you so much ladies.

I have been in this shop a handful of times and purchased some lovely cards. However i am disappointed at the unfriendly staff. Not once have they said hello nor goodbye and have never thanked me for my custom. It is disappointing as cards are lovely, in such a friendly place u would never expect this. I don't want to give my custom to somone who doesn't appreciate it and won't be going there again.

Grumpy staff, we wanted to buy alot of hellium balloons... But they wouldn't blow one of the balloons that we already bought online... They lost out on alot of money
