Worked here for just over 7 years, job role as a carer was hard but very rewarding. It was more than a job for myself, my heart was in the job, some people genuinely don’t care. Unfortunately poor management, lack of communication and no appreciation for the teams hard work.Management also have favourites which they get away with a lot. A lot of work colleagues are not happy but to scared to say anything because they no nothing will get done. Over the years the company have lost a lot of brilliant genuine care assistants!!Keep up the good work!!!! Once a carer you appreciate the hard work.Sad to say I miss my job but unfortunately not the place!!!
