Been before for breakfast and no problems. Sunday morning there was a big queue so joined it expecting to have to wait a little bit. Staff seemed more interested in getting orders ready for delivery drivers rather than serving the people waiting in line. 3 Delivery drivers came in, straight to the front and away.Left without getting anything. They should have a totally different way of fulfilling online orders, not putting walk in customer service to the bottom of the list.Places like Greggs used to be fast food, now with online ordering apps they’re anything but fast.

This looks to be a very new site shared with other fast food retailers. I visited fairly early on a morning and the temperature outside was very cold and despite this the entrance door was propped open and the air con was on full blast which meant sitting inside was extremely cold and uncomfortable, it indicated this was for the staff members benefit and not for the customers. I would say the bread roll for the bacon sandwich did not appear to be fresh either. I use Gregg's typically most days but the experience with this one will ensure I avoid this one going forward.

Foods good, some of the staff a bit standoffish. Don't like how there's always litter around the seating area outside and the bin is always overflowing. They don't do anything about people parking in the blue badge area outside without a blue badge. it's their responsibility. And they never keep on top of certain food items. I go in and 9 times out of 10 they don't have what I want.

went to buy spicy chicken wrap (got the new leaflet menu the previous week) only to find they have none today!!! what a waste of time. Bought pepperoni pizza slice instead to find it was stone cold !!! Should have a phone number for customers to ring in and see if they have the items available on the menu !!
