Very fee staff on the tills, they should probably setup self checkout tills, which would save the customers a great deal of time.

Good selection but not enough tills were open and so the queue was going down the aisle blocking other customers who were trying to shop. Also, when you finish and exit the till area there is not much space between that area and the front windows of the shop. This was made worse by stacks of flat plastic wheeled dollies stored along the widows. I tripped over one that had rolled over behind me as I turned to leave. None of the staff seemed bothered and I moved it to a safe place myself.

The shop was really busy and only two tills of the three were open, the worker asked the other worker ( Aqib) to open another till and rudely said ‘they can wait!’ (in a rude manner), I went passed and said ‘that’s not the way to treat your customers’, I walked out and Aqib came to follow me and accused me of stealing, but then walked away after seeing my receipt. Very disappointed!

I love to be able to get same day delivery for as little as £2. As a disabled person this is an absolute life saver. Delivery driver's are always polite as are the indoor staff.

They have usually under normal circumstances plenty of stock of a large range of products and many great offers, but i often find they don't have enough checkouts open at times, and the staff overall are very unhelpful in this particular outlet, most not all seem dissatisfied in their approach to actually having a job, and never seem to have a smile on their faces, but i go here for my particular meals that other shops don't sell, with the partnership they have with a particular company yes slimmingworld. That's my reason for the 3 star rating if the staff were better i would have given it a better star rating.

During my visit to the Iceland store it was very nice as it was very clean and tidy.The shelves are was fully stocked and easy to access the shelves.I was looking for the Viennetta ice cream but they were all out. However, the staff helped me with different type of ice cream which I then purchased.The checkout staff was very friendly and very polite while serving and also asked to pack the bags plus asked me for my Iceland reward card.From the outside I thought it was going to be a small store but there were lot of produce and fresh items plus cupboard food to find once I entered the store.Originally I went to the back of the store as the direction by google maps has been set incorrectly to the carpark of the PureGym. I had to walk for 15 mins just to get to the front of the store.The store doesn’t have customer car park however I had managed to park my car a few roads away at a pay and display parking area.If something had to be changed, I would say they need more bigger and clear signage as from distance it was very hard to find the store as the store Logo is small and hard to locate.I have visited them a few times now and the store is really nice and the staff are pleasant.

I won't be returning, do not like the fact, that there are no refunds, very unfair. They won't have many returning customers, treating them like this!!! Will still shop at m&s, where I'm assured of a refund.

10% off on Tuesdays for over 60, and free delivery, same day, if over £25. Brilliant. It was busier than usual, but good value.

Poor quality and over priced fresh food. Ignorant and unhelpful staff. Won't be going there again.
