This is the first time we've used Wharfedale and I'm very impressed. From first contact with Rachel in the office to the arrival of 2 plumbers 2 hours later, they were professional and efficient. The guys were polite, tidy workers and problem was fixed same day! Nathan even had the correct spare part on the van. Invoice arrived promptly and very fair charge. Thank you very much!

Only one regret, that we didn't find this company months ago. Had a fault with our heating and hot water that despite using a qualified electrician and plumber, went on for months. Wharefedale engineer came and sorted it in 30 mins. No fuss, no mess ,just efficiency.

Will and his excellent team have just replaced our oil boiler, TRVs, zone valves, pump etc. and made some other additions and improvements to our ageing system. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Quick acknowledgement of my initial query; Will came round to look at the earliest opportunity; quote received a couple of days later; a couple of queries answered instantly; quote accepted and job booked in.We were a bit nervous on the day of the job with the prospect of engineers in every room of the house, but in the end it was a real pleasure to have them here and watch such a well oiled machine in operation! They even brought their own kettle and brew supplies! When they finished, everything was left so tidy you wouldn't know they'd been, were it not for the improvements to the heating system.I hardly ever do reviews, but I had to this time. I would thoroughly recommend Wharfedale Heating and Boiler Services.

I can't speak highly enough of Wharfedale Heating. They are an excellent and very reliable company. They service our boiler every year efficiently and at a good price. Moreover, on the few occasions we've needed repairs, they've responded immediately. On one occasion, Will came out to us in the evening, after working hours, to ensure we would not be without heat during a weekend of very cold weather. Highly recommended. Huge thanks to the Wharfedale team.

From first contact through to conclusion, Will and the Wharfedale team did a great job for us relocating/replacing a large oil tank. All appointments met and flexible on dates to suit too. All works done well, nice to deal with and very tidy. Rachel in the office is very efficient and always gets back to you if you call. Would strongly recommend.

Wharfedale have been fantastic from start to finish. From coming out to give a quote, to being patient while I awaited listed building consent, to the installation of a new oil fired boiler, I can't fault their service or professionalism. I would highly recommend.

Recommended by a friend and just excellent, all round. We've been through a lot of tradesmen and the typical issues just don't apply here. These guys are fantastic value, turn up when they say they will, are polite and leave everything as they found it, no clean up required. Further, they were able to squeeze us in within a week or so which was a huge plus. We had another issue on top of the initial job which I mentioned to the chap that came out and it actually got back to the office staff (who were fantastic) and they followed up contacting me to resolve the issue for us. I was expecting to have to follow it up myself so, very pleasant surprise.

Complete new oil fired central heating system installed in my house by Will and his team. Excellent service from start to finish, good communication, excellent on price, work done on time and on budget, oh and the quality of the work is second to none. I actually think the house was cleaner when they finished than when they started! Highly recommend these guys for all of your central heating requirements - give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic and prompt service. We have used Will and the Team for many years and they are wonderful. Yesterday our boiler started whining - we gave them a key and they came while we were out and fixed it, on the same day! We paid immediately online.

Our landlord kindly arranged a new boiler to be fitted by this company. We were very impressed with their work installing it; the team were friendly, tidy and very professional from start to finish. Can definitely recommend them.
