Gareth Carr Sports Therapy
I went to Gareth after having nearly four months of severe back and buttock pain. I had went to physio etc with no relief in my pain or symptoms. I went to Gareth and in one session of dry needling and cupping. The instant pain relief and mobility I have is amazing I can't thank Gareth enough and will defo be back.

I went to see Gareth after having a calf injury sustained with running, which had stopped my training for weeks. Gareth suggested needling and a sports massage on the area. Within a matter of days the pain had subsided enough to start light training again, where prior to my visit I would have struggled. 4 weeks later I’ve just done another half marathon pain free.Gareth’s absolutel banter makes the visit worth it alone, without a doubt one of the funniest guys ever!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️9 week post procedure. Amazing results.After years of pain and discomfort with carpal tunnel, and not overly keen to have it operated on. My good friend Gareth @ GC Sport Therapy, recommended doing some dry needling.I can not describe the relief I have had, from having this procedure done, quick, painless & very professional. I suffered pain daily, when waking up and at work and now nothing in the last couple of months. Gareth explained everything involved and great advice and after care. Highly recommend.

Visited Gareth today with on going chest pain, hip and general lower back pain.After a thorough assessment he pinpointed the issue for all of the above and then continued to treat while checking throughout the appointment for comfort and improvement.Already feeling less tension and movement in lower back and hip is significantly better.Would definitely recommend

I booked in with Gareth as I had issues with my lower back and hips. He did a thorough range of movement check and then did some dry needling and mobilisation. The increase in the range of movement in my hips was immediate after the treatment and the pain in my lower back was gone within a day. Gareth is really knowledgeable and friendly, the treatment was brilliant and I would highly recommend him.

This guy is amazing I went initially through my personal trainer to loosen my traps wow it was the best felt amazing after . The following week i was in so much pain Gareth identified it was a trapped nerve he is the best I am a 53 year old guy I can not thank him enough the pain was gone after a session with him he is a miracle worker

I highly recommend Gareth. He has worked wonders on my knee which is pretty damaged and causes lots of bother. Big fan of the dry needling which is incredibly effective. Gareth fixes me so I can get on and do the things I want to do. Absolutely fantastic! The tunes are always good as well!

I recently visited Gareth to see if he could help me with some issues in my pelvis that was affecting my entire posture and giving me pains in my back and down the backs on my legs. He started with some dry needling and then went to work on the backs of the legs and finally readjusted my hips and lower back. I felt like a new man after it, fantastic work, he’s very knowledgeable, he can identify an issue with ease and as always he is a delight to chat to.

Booked Full Body MOT with Gareth. Very welcoming person, lovely warm room. Great communication. Very thorough. Explained everything really well. I received a full body test, massage/manipulation, dry needling and plenty advice/information. Gareth made me feel at ease, was very patient and performed a great service. Looking forward to going back. Would definitely recommend.
