Top Bins Skip Hire

All fine until collection of final skip. Driver looked at contents which had tiles, and wast concrete but builders had put some plastic and insulation waste in as well.Driver said can’t take that and proceeded to tip entire contents on ground in front of house and drive off!Not happy with this outcome

I paid for someone to help me load the skip & 3 people turned up. I had gathered all the stuff together & it was soon loaded. It was so stressless & just made my life so easier when moving out. Very friendly & helpful I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Would definitely use again. Polite and helpful. Was easy to make the arrangements and payment (didn't have to pay until the day) and being able to text as a way of communicating was perfect and my texts were alway replied to very quickley. Thankyou

I won a skip as part of a charity raffle prize! After 4 agreed days of dropping off and not showing up and using a few different excuses!!! The manager then admitted that we was out the way and refunded me my raffle tickets and made it upto £10. He could have said that from the start to save using up work annual leave days sitting in waiting for it. David is quite rude and unhelpful on the phone. Also had the audacity to tell the charity people how we have been messing him about. Not very professional.

After chasing this company down for a week for a skip I finally took delivery of the 4 yard skip that I ordered. I was told you’ve got this for at least 2 weeks and I said I’ll let you know when I’m done with it, that was all fine and agreed. I was shocked to return home today to find the skip which I’d barely half filled gone today exactly 2 weeks after taken delivery. After contacting the company I was told you only had it for 2 weeks, I was also given no indication that it would be collected today. If I had I would have made sure it was full! I’ve been using skip companies for years and more companies than I care to count, none of them have ever pushed me for time unless they had a permit for being on the road. You have always contacted them for collection. Had I’d known I would have made sure it was full. I find this to be a very poor and unclear service and I’m sure from reading the other reviews on here there will be some poor excuse as to why. I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to think twice. I’m also shocked from the other reviews as to the contents he actually accepts even when other firms take certain rubbish and wouldn’t tip them back out onto someone’s driveway! I’d recommend to the owner to make it clear what your terms are and what you don’t accept so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I have been using top bins for a while now and the level of professionalism from this company is outstanding, always responsive and polite every step of the way I love that I can send a message pay the fee return home to find my skip waiting to be filled 5* all round would never go anywhere else now
