I had to leave a review following the works completed on our property from the sheer happiness we have looking at our home. From start to finish the company were fantastic. We wanted bi folding doors out onto a conservatory alongside a new front door and the finish has given that perfect look we were aiming for!:) we can’t thank star safety enough for their hard work and quick turnaround completing our refurb in great time. STAY AWAY!!!I had 7 new double glazing windows installed by this company in August 2021. Initially, they were very approachable and carried out the job with a supposedly 10 year warranty. A year later two of the windows at the front bedroom stopped opening. Furthermore, the wall around the back window started getting water ingress and subsequently water damage. So, I contacted them in December 2022 and requested them to review the issues. They asked me to send them photos, videos which I did.Without even coming to check the windows, they concluded that it was condensation and recommended me to open the window for 20 minutes every day. Now we are talking about December here and not spring or summer time. Regardless, it was not condensation as the wall would get wetter in one particular section when it rained. I told this to them but they didn't want to listen. For the front windows they said they would visit in the new year as they were busy in December with Christmas closing in which I agreed to.It got to mid January and still no show from them so, I kept chasing them for a visit. They said they would send someone in February but it never happened. After this they ignored my calls. I know this because I called from my wife's number and they answered. During this call, when I said the 2 windows at the front not opening is a fire hazard, Pinder said you can escape through the door if there is a fire. I was shocked with this response. Furthermore, she hung up on me after shouting at me on the phone.I gave them multiple opportunities to come and sort out the issues but they have been ignoring me time after time. In the end I gave up and I am now taking a legal route. This company is seriously unprofessional and they will not care about you at all after the money hits their account. So, please STAY AWAY and avoid the stress that I have had from trying to sort it out with them. If you have had similar problems and they are not listening to you, please do not let me get away with it and take legal action cos there's help out there.

This organisation gives very poor customer service! They had promised to install my windows within 2 months but took over 8 months to install them. Despite their delays, they demanded advance money, which when I refused came up against some scary threatening behaviour. After the glazing was finally installed they just did not come out to fix some small but important issues. It’s not a bad product and they have potential to be a good firm but their currently poor immature management lets everyone down.

Excellent Job done by Harry, Arch and another guy (with Ponytail). Very professional and very clean work. Arrived on time 8am and worked non-stop till late including on Saturday to ensure work was completed. No short-cuts and no mess. Highly recommend these guys.

I’ve used this company for a customer of mine before and found them very professional. This time I contacted them for windows for my own home and they did not disappoint.Once the order was placed I had several calls from their office to keep me updated with progress of manufacturing and installation date.Good quality, value for money and excellent friendly installers.Would highly recommend!!!!!
