Nice pub with an amazing beer garden at the back to enjoy some drinks or a meal al fresco.The food is delicious and the portions very generous, we really had a great time.

What a lovely way to spend the afternoon. Can’t recommend the Ibérico pork dish enough.. absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Lovely chilled and relaxed atmosphere and we weren’t rushed off the table. Really amenable staff. Can’t recommend enough.. will return very soon! Thanks guys !

The attention and quality given to these dishes is superb. The octopus appetizer and the Iberico pork loin were divine and cooked perfectly. Look no further for a perfect, upscale pub meal.

We had Sunday lunch. Service was speedy and efficient even though the restaurant was extremely busy. The food was delicious. We brought our dog along and she was made very welcome. Overall and excellent experience. I would not hesitate to recommend the Gatehouse to my friends and family.

Good local pub. Great customer service and nice food. Walked in without booking on a Sunday afternoon and were offered a table after a short wait.

I attended a work event here and the food and atmosphere was good. However, being charged 12.5% service charge at the bar for a drink is not acceptable. If I go to the bar and get a drink, I should not be charged an extra 94p on top of a £7.50 drink. We bought bottles of wine at the bar and this became super expensive with service charge on top!

Had such a beautiful Sunday experience! Great atmosphere, tasty food (I had the crab toast, beef roast and white chocolate tart and would recommend every dish!). Our server was Maggie and she was super friendly and attentive. Would return to the Gatehouse.

Big pub right on the corner, in Highgate. Food is Spanish themed and so is unique in many ways. Of a very high quality and very creative too, loved all the desserts (we tried many)! The service was pleasant, they were attentive and patient. We had a nice seat outside partially in the sun, they had a huge indoor and decently sized outdoor space. Would visit again but it was priced on the higher end and not the most vegetarian choice/options overall. Not typical pub food but very good overall.

Well where do I begin. I am so happy I booked a table for Sunday lunch. We arrived and it was so busy. People walking in wanting food and there was a 2 hour wait. And I can absolutely understand why. The food, service (especially by Milly) was incredible..one of the best Sunday lunches I've had in London. The beef was cooked to perfection.The service was impeccable. We never had an empty glass and we always asked if we needed anything between courses.This was the first time having Sunday lunch (we were there celebrating our wedding anniversary) and I know we will now become regulars on a Sunday.
