Absolutely terrible...poor staff and cold bakes ..Was told only get warm bakes when they come out of the oven .disgusting who wants a cold bake .Never again and wouldn't recommend.

Honestly what is the point of this Greggs?? Also the one at the other applegreen across the road?? .. Never anything in them, often the staff are completely off hand and hostile.. An absolute disgrace. Sort this out Greggs, your shops in Northern Ireland in general are abysmal.

Greggs inside of Apple Green fuel /services station was the first place I was able to get sit down food since the pandemic shutdown began. The staff were as professional as I remember them being. I would have no problem with recommending them to anyone.

I popped into Greggs on my way back from Banbridge.It was near closing time.The guy who served me really went out of his way to ensure I got food and a drink.Vvvery pleasant and professional.If Greggs did an Employee of the month he would win.
